1. First, update the NVR to the latest firmware. NVR firmware download link:

2. Download the firmware to your computer, extract it to a folder, and then select the DAV file to upgrade.Follow the steps in Figure 1.

3.After the upgrade is complete, reset the NVR once, then reactivate it. Next, check whether the PoE function works properly. Follow the steps in Figure 2.

4.If it still doesn’t work, connect the PoE camera to the NVR’s PoE port and check if the port lights turn on.If not, the PoE port is not supplying power.Also, make sure the camera supports the standard PoE protocol (IEEE802.3af/at), or try another working PoE camera.
