Compact WizColor X Monitoring for Entrances and Shared Spaces
The Dahua DH-IPC-HDW2449TH-S-PROX is a 4 MP fixed-focal eyeball network camera designed for shops, offices, entrances and sheltered building exteriors. Its adjustable housing offers a less prominent alternative to a bullet camera while providing 360° pan, 78° tilt and 360° rotation for installation alignment.
Preserve Color and Motion Detail in Low Light
A 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor, F0.8 aperture and AI-ISP 2.0 support color imaging in very low illumination. The camera records 2560 × 1440 video at up to 25 or 30 fps, helping preserve detail when people or vehicles move through the monitored area. Two built-in warm lights provide additional illumination when required.
- 2.8 mm lens: Delivers a 106° horizontal field of view with warm-light coverage up to 20 metres.
- 3.6 mm lens: Delivers an 87° horizontal field of view with warm-light coverage up to 30 metres.
- Super AI Coding: Uses scene recognition and ROI-based processing to improve bandwidth and storage efficiency.
Record Relevant Events with Video and Audio
Tripwire and intrusion rules classify human and vehicle targets, while SMD Plus filters motion events by target category. Built-in dual microphones add audio capture, and MicroSD cards up to 512 GB support local recording. The metal dome and cover carry an IP67 rating, and the camera can be powered through either 12 VDC or IEEE 802.3af PoE.
