The Dahua DHI-NVR5208-8P-XI is an 8-channel, 1U WizMind network video recorder designed for professional systems that need more than basic recording. Eight integrated ePoE ports simplify direct camera connection, while recorder-side intelligence processes face detection and recognition, video metadata, perimeter protection and SMD Plus across up to eight channels.
Move from an Event to the Relevant Target
AcuPick combines front-end and back-end intelligence to search recorded video using target characteristics. When the NVR is paired with compatible AcuPick IP cameras, operators can locate people and vehicles across up to eight channels instead of reviewing footage sequentially. Recorder-side video metadata extracts 23 attributes, while the face-management function supports up to 20 databases containing a combined 200,000 images.
