Low-Profile Monitoring with 8MP WizColor Imaging
The Dahua DH-IPC-HDW2849T-S-PRO is an 8 MP WizColor fixed-focal eyeball network camera suited to shops, offices, entrances and building perimeters where a compact camera profile is preferred. Its 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor, F1.0 aperture and AI-ISP work together to retain color and target detail under low illumination.
The camera records 3840 × 2160 video at up to 20 fps. For applications that place greater priority on smoother movement, it supports 2688 × 1520 at up to 25 or 30 fps. Super AI Coding combines object detection, scene recognition and ROI-based processing to improve encoding efficiency for bandwidth- and storage-conscious systems.

- 2.8 mm lens: Provides a 110° horizontal field of view and warm-light illumination up to 20 metres.
- 3.6 mm lens: Provides a 93° horizontal field of view and warm-light illumination up to 30 metres.
- Flexible adjustment: Supports 360° pan, 78° tilt and 360° rotation during installation.
Filter Relevant Events at the Camera
Tripwire and intrusion rules classify human and vehicle targets, while SMD Plus helps reduce alarms caused by unrelated movement. The camera also supports refined event searches when used with a compatible Smart NVR. A built-in microphone adds audio capture, and a MicroSD card of up to 256 GB can provide local recording without replacing the benefits of centralized NVR storage.
