The Hikvision DS-2DE7A812MCG-EB is a 7-inch 8 MP 12× ColorVu Network Speed Dome engineered for high-clarity perimeter surveillance. Powered by a 1/1.8" progressive scan CMOS sensor and an ultra-large F1.2 aperture, it delivers crisp 4K UHD video (3840 × 2160 @ 24/25 fps) with vivid color reproduction even in low-light environments down to 0.0005 Lux. The 6.7 mm to 80.4 mm motorized zoom lens provides 360° endless pan and -15° to 90° auto-flip tilt, allowing operators to inspect distant areas without losing clarity.
Smart Hybrid Illumination and Active Deterrence
To balance discreet night monitoring with active deterrence, the camera combines long-range infrared and warm white light illumination:
- Smart Hybrid Light: Provides covert surveillance with up to 150-meter IR, automatically activating the 100-meter white light when human or vehicle intrusions occur to record full-color evidence.
- AcuSense Perimeter Defense: Deep-learning algorithms distinguish humans and vehicles across line crossing and intrusion zones to minimize false alarms.
- Active Voice & Strobe Warning: Features an integrated white flashing light and a built-in speaker (effective up to 30 meters) to broadcast customizable voice prompts and audible sirens.
- Smart Auto-Tracking & Face Capture: Automatically tracks moving targets across the scene while concurrently capturing up to 5 human faces.
Industrial Weatherproofing and Flexible Connectivity
Constructed with an ADC12 aluminum housing, the speed dome boasts IP67 ingress protection, IK10 vandal resistance, and an operating temperature range of -30 °C to 65 °C with internal demisting. It supports versatile power input via 24 VAC (42 W max) or Hi-PoE, comes standard with a DS-1602ZJ wall mount bracket, and features expanded local storage up to 512 GB via microSD, 2 alarm inputs, 1 alarm output, and bidirectional audio.
